The most important exhibitions that have been organized by the Photography
Museum so far are the following:

Contemporary Greek Photography, based on the work of four talented
contemporary photographers, that took place from May 26th to June 23rd
at Pavilion 1 of International Fair of Thessaloniki.

Exhibition of Walter Rosenblum one of the most important international
photographers of the world, which took place from May 26th to June 23rd
at Pavilion 1 of International Fair of Thessaloniki. The visitors had the
opportunity to admire the black-and-white masterpieces of the New Yorker
artist that depicted the human struggle to survive.

A retrospective photographic exhibition of Robert Doisneau, which took
place at the Gallery of the Museum between 7th and 28th of January, and
included work of the famous French photographer from the period between
2nd World War and 1985.

Exhibition of Greek Fotoreporter, which took place at the Gallery of the
Museum between April 17th and May 28th. Twenty three Greek Fotoreporters
from Thessaloniki and Athens presented historical moments of Greece and
of all of the world during the last decade.

“The Route through time”. An exhibition concerning French photographers
of the 1930-1950 decades, which took place at Pavilion 1 of International
Fair of Thessaloniki with the cooperation of French Institute of Thessaloniki.
The exhibition presented “street photos” of ten French photographers, the
most famous in their age, that they depicted daily life in their
own style.
